School Days
There is something about the transition out of summer and into a new school year we all have inside of us. Memories of our own childhood and young adult life can wash back over you. Friends you hadn't seen for the whole summer, a box of crayons with all the colors still in it, are just some of the memories you may have.
Not Just for Kids
At the same time as an adult it can also remind us of time passing. One more year where... what was it again that I accomplished? Did I meet my own expectations? How many of my goals did I achieve?
It's time
Time to say, "I'm going to make some changes: some big, some just little tweaks."
This time however, just like back to school it may be time to get some help. Remember back to your teachers; those kind, generous souls who helped you navigate your school life. When you were a child you didn't even think about the fact that to move forward you were getting help. Whether it was your parents and other family members or your teachers, you had people to help you learn, make changes, and hold you accountable.
Now's the Time
Whether you are just starting to adult, are an empty nester, or sending kids off to school, it's always a great time to find a mentor or coach to kick off this new beginning.
Kids are learning new things.
Kids are making changes in their lives.
Kids are being held accountable for this learning and these changes.
