Should it stay or should it go?

A year ago the pandemic changed our lives. It affected how we eat, shop, work, socialize, exercise, etc. None of this change was a personal choice but necessitated by Covid.

As things begin to return to “normal” we have a unique opportunity to intentionally choose what new habits we adopted that we want to keep, as well as old habits we were forced to abandon that we don’t want to return to.

What’s clear is we can be intentional about the choices we make as the world returns to “normal”.

No matter what we choose, we are likely to be happier and more fulfilled if we make those choices consciously.

Select an area of your life you had to change during the pandemic and now have the chance to either keep the new way of living/doing or revert to the pre-pandemic pattern.

What will you CHOOSE to keep doing? What will you CHOOSE to let go?
